IT Staffing Manager to run full-desk operation including business development, account management, and recruiting activities for Information Technology placement agency. This is a sales role and we are looking for energetic, motivated, goal-oriented professionals who have a history of success in sales. At Agile Premier, the Information Technology IT Staffing Manager’s career progression is tied to sales production, not to the ability to be a politician in the work environment. The IT Staffing professional will have the opportunity to work on both temporary and permanent placement opportunities and get paid the same percentage of commission on both.
Duties
- Making warm and cold calls to potential clients and candidates
- Email campaigns for both business development and recruiting activities
- Quoting perm fees, temp bill rates, guarantee periods, and conversion schedules
- Proactively marketing fee worthy candidates to potential clients
- Visiting with potential and existing clients and presenting staffing solutions
- Account Management of existing clients
- Prepare and present MSA/RFP material to potential clients
- Gather requirements from clients and prepare enticing job descriptions for recruiting team
- Manage the sales process from initial call to offer stage
- Attend trade shows, lunches, happy hours, and networking groups promoting Agile Premier’s services

Compensation and Benefits
- True base salary with no draw
- Monthly commissions based on gross margin collected for perm and temp placements (uncapped)
- Quarterly Bonuses: Opportunity for up to $10,000 total per year
- Annual Bonus: Opportunity for up to $10,000 annually

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- The ability to write and speak professionally
- The ability to solve basic mathematical problems (costs, fees, etc., etc.)
- Willing to work 45+ hours per week
- Passionate about sales
- Previous top 20% sales producer in an outbound role
- No fear of the phones (including cold calling)
- Self-driven
- History of hitting goals
- 4+ years of sales experience
- 1+ year of staffing industry experience is preferred
